Group leadership
Ocom is led by a management team overseen by a board of advisors. The group management decides on issues related to strategic orientation and major policies, as well as important issues related to financing, investments, acquisitions and divestments.The Ocom operations are organized into four business units. The group has a decentralized corporate structure in which management of the operating activities is largely performed by business unit management. Business unit management has responsibility for financial results and the balance sheet.
