Group leadership
Ocom is led by a professional management team, overseen by a board of advisors. The group management takes decisions on issues related to strategic orientation and major policies, as well as key challenges related to finance, investments, and acquisitions.The Ocom operations are organized into three business units: LeaseWeb, EvoSwitch and FiberRing. Ocom has a decentralized corporate structure in which operating activities are largely determined by business unit management. Business unit management has responsibility for operations, planning and financial results.
