The purpose of values is to guide our employees in making decisions in their everyday work. The shared values are a result of our past experiences with working within a multi-cultural and disciplinary enterprise.

Sustainability

Sustainability for Ocom means that we are responsible for our emissions and act as a good corporate citizen. We are concerned about global warming, we therefore strive to reduce our energy consumption and invest in renewable energy.

Ocom is proud to have built one of the few carbon neutral datacenters in the world. Given that datacenters are among the largest energy consumers in the world, we have shown leadership and hope others will follow our example.
