We focus on internet professionals who make a living on the internet. To that purpose we invested heavily in a state of the art infrastructure such as a 10 MW datacenter and a 700 Gbps IP network. So far we have grown by way of mouth to mouth advertising. The continued professionalization of the company now requires the establishment of a marketing department with a focus on online activities.
As a Marketing Manager you are responsible to implement the online marketing strategy in order to:
•Increase profits by acquiring new customers
•Increase profitability per existing customer
•Increase customer satisfaction
•Reduce churn
Your responsibilities include:
•Define the brand values of Leaseweb
•Elaborate a marketing and communication strategy
•Initiate, coordinate and carry out all marketing activities
•Liaise with product manager in order to define and launch new products
•Translate research data into concrete recommendations
•Proactively identify and share information (trends)
•Search engine optimization
•Coordinate activities with partners and customers
•Administer the website content management system
•Conduct competitor analyses
•Measure customer satisfaction and client input
•Monitor the web forums and develop a strategy for these forums

Job description
The Product Manager is responsible for all product-related communications as well as statistical analyses. (S)he has complete control over market and competition research and also assists in other product management areas.
We expect that the Product Manager develops a solid understanding of LeaseWeb’s products and processes within a short introductory time at LeaseWeb.
While some prior knowledge is an advantage, quick learning abilities based on solid comprehension of IT and the hosting industry are essential.
While Product Management is in charge of all LeaseWeb products, the main focus in this role will be in the area of dedicated servers and virtualization platforms.
Your responsibilities include;
• Statistics: analysis of website, promotion and product statistics
• Market research:
o Responsible for market and competition analyses for all product lines
o Research industry trends
• Product communications (in English!)
o Product descriptions for website and marketing material
o Define and communicate product messages and USPs to PR and marketing
o Internal product information, trainings and briefings
• As a member of the team, the Product Manager will also cooperate on:
o Introduction of new products and features
o Managing and tuning current products

Requirements

• Solid understanding of hosting technology
• At least HBO/bachelor level
• Superb organizational and structuring skills in combination with enough flexibility to adjust to a fast growing company

Job description
As a Telesales executive you are selling mainly to internet professionals (streaming, ecommerce shops, adult, and web 2.0 sites) but also to resellers and corporate accounts over the telephone and over the internet using instant messaging tools. You will be the lead generator for the entire sales team.
Your role will involve identifying the DMU within an account and understanding the requirements. You will be required to sell and follow up with regular calls, skypes and emails. To be considered for this position you must have proven business to business sales experience, ideally within the internet industry. Over and above you must love new business!
Your responsibilities include;
• Searching for contact details via the web or other channels
• Targeted acquisition through outbound sales calls. Some email acquisition also required
• Building networks over ICQ and Skype and actively selling online
• Making 80+ outbound calls per day, with 3 hour+ talk time
• Keeping up-to-date records of sales activity in SalesForce
• Keeping up-to-date on relevant technologies and product offerings
• Working very closely with the team by handing over “hot’’ leads
